so i deviated a little from what I put down...
I had the egg for a snack last night and no apples with almond butter
Today so far:
breakfast smoothie and apples with almond butter
lunch: turkey roll ups, raw jack cheese, pickles, hardboiled egg
dinner (planning on): beef and veggie kabobs, sweet potato and black beans
snack: carrots
feeling great!!
