Brew 2 - Day 21 and 22

Few bloggings recently. Everyone must be really busy.

Yesterday - Sunday

Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch at Subway: salad with turkey
Dinner: grapes, and something else

Today:
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, turkey bacon
Lunch: Salad, turkey and grapes
Dinner: mixed vegetalbes with chicken, smoothie
Snack: plain yogurt with almonds and raspberries.

16 pounds lost at 21 days.
