Diane - Fri/Sat/Sun

So sorry I have gotten off track on my posting.......but not on my eating!

Friday - breakfast - berries and kefir smoothie
Lunch - tuna
Dinner - chicken with steamed veggies, tossed salad
Snack - almonds and berries

20 minute aerobic workout


Saturday - breakfast - fresh berries with almonds and a little scrambled egg
lunch - celery with almond butter
dinner - grilled mahi-mahi, steamed broccoli, garden salad

30 minute brisk walk at the lake

Sunday - breakfast - 2 boiled eggs
lunch - turkey, green beans, broccoli, salad
dinner - vegetable soup
snack - almonds

Phillip is doing well also......basically the same as mine. We are looking forward to adding a few more fruits soon!
