Day 3

Whew!! Where has this day gone. Day 3 was good - each day gets a little easier.

Breakfast - Kefir/berry smoothie
Lunch - tossed salad with turkey and goat cheese
Dinner - steak, steamed fresh vegetables and tossed salad
Dessert - mixed berries and almonds

Lots of water

20 minutes of aerobic exercise.

I'm looking forward to the weekend but will have to be extra careful not to slip up!
