Jen and Brian - Day 6

We ate and worked out the same exact way today, so here is the report for both of us...

Breakfast: 2 eggs, small berry/kefir smoothie
Lunch: Turkey burger patty with red and green peppers
Dinner: Curry chicken and vegetables (recipe from the back of Maker's Diet, minus the flour)

Exercise: Abs and buns workout (video)

Daily Thought: "The Maker chose to use honey to describe the abundance of the Promised Land, calling it the 'land of milk and honey.' Honey is one of the most powerful healing foods we have at our disposal."
