Brian - Day 5

5 Days down
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and berries
Lunch: Grilled Chicken, broccoli, onions, peppers
Dinner: Red Snapper, spinach, mushrooms...goat cheese salad
Snack: Almonds
Exercise: pushups, situps, dips, squats
Healthy weekend to all!
