Brew 2 - Day 15

Week number 3. It's going by fast even for February!!

Breakfast - fried eggs, turkey bacon and organic o.j.

Lunch - tuna with raw carrots and cauliflower

Dinner - chicken, corn and peas

Snack - raspberries in plain yogurt with almond slices

Day 14 weigh-in down 13 and a half pounds. That's pretty good for 14 days.

We are going well. Sharon's done well also. Her voice is still deep in the basement but she feels better today.
