So, sorry I didn't blog last night, but here was my day..
Breakfast: berry kefir smoothie, turkey bacon
lunch: tuna melt with omega 3 mayo and sheeps milk cheese wrapped in lettuce with two pickles
dinner: salad with veggies and balsamic vinegar and oil
snack: two squares of cheese
I also went to an All In One class at the gym, which kicked my butt. It was amazing though and I felt great after, my abs and arms are a bit sore today though.
Yesterday was a difficult day for both Will and I. We were tempted by many things, buttermilk biscuits and shrimp for Will which he was around all day at work and me I just wanted bread, any kind. But, we were both able to overcome our temptations with prayers and encouragement. Hopefully today will be better.
Today I have had

I hope you are all having a great time and feeling good, Today is Day 5 and as far as I have been told they are the most difficult days so here is to a great 35 days!!
PS tomorrow is my mom's (Sharon) birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAMA!! We love you.
PSS Will is having trouble getting on the blog, he is def sticking to the diet and will contribute as soon as we can get him on here.
