Day 18 - Brian

Hey all!
Breakfast- unfortunately, I skipped
Lunch - Boston Market 1/2 chicken, corn, & green beans
Snack - berry smoothie
Dinner- hamburger pattie, black beans, salad
Exercise - 45 minutes on elyptical & weights
Stay strong!

PS Talked to Jen. They made it to Isreal fine and had a great (& healthy) day one.
