Lunch: (Jen) Coconut milk soup... (Brian) Arby's roast beef sandwich - no bun (i.e. sliced roast beef in a blastic box :)
Dinner: (Jen) Salmon with roasted carrots and asparagus... (Brian) Wood-smoked trout with roasted carrots... (Both) Butternut squash soup, goat cheese/beet salad, tuna tartar
Snack: Carrots
Daily Thought: "Berries and other small fruits along with fruits and vegetables with edible skins are good sources of low-carbohydrate fiber."
