Breakfast-grapefruit
Lunch - smoothie & small salad
Dinner- salad with sliced turkey, carrots, onion, goat cheese, & o/v
Snack- almonds
Exercise - 35-minute elliptical & weights (plus a walk in the park with Ryli)
Prayer for Jen's safe flight back. WooHoo. She has had an incredible trip.
