Happy Valentine's Day everyone.
Breakfast - kefir and berries smoothie
Lunch - mixed greens salad with chicken
Dinner - grilled chicken, green beans, spinach, broccoli cole slaw
Snack - fresh berries and almonds
Hot tea and lots of water
20 minute aerobic workout
Phillip had the same meals with the addition of some tomato soup for lunch. No workout for him - he couldn't drag out of bed at 6AM.
