Brian - Day 21 & 22

Congrats to the Brews on weight loss & increased energy...good stuff.
Oscar Sunday:
Breakfast: Grapefruit
Lunch: Steak Eggs Benedict over Spinach (YUM, maybe best $12 I've ever spent)
Dinner: Ground beef with cajun spices and side salad.
Exercise: 35 Minutes eliptical & weights
Snack: Almonds
Today aka Monday
Breakfast: Almonds
Lunch: carrots & hummus (I may be early on the chic peas)
Dinner: Almond crusted sea bass & asparagus
Exercise: 35 min inclined treadmill & weights
Eat well and feel great.
