Diane - Day 14

We are a day behind everyone else, so we finished Phase One on Monday. YEAH!!

Breakfast - kefir and berries smoothie
Lunch - vegetable soup - celery with almond butter
Dinner - salad with turkey and goat cheese
Snack - almonds, cherries and a tangerine (a few hours early)

20 minute aerobic workout
