Brian Day 3

Hi all!
Another great day...feeling good.
Breakfast: Kefir & 3-Berry Smoothie
Lunch: Mahi Mahi, Green beans, Broc, and salad
Dinner: Tuna app & Black Cod with green beans
Snack: Carrots & almonds
