Hi All!
So, this is my (Jen's) last blog for a few days... I am headed to Israel this afternoon until 2/29!! I will be back just before the end of Phase II. Keep the blogging strong! I will be thinking about and praying for every one of you!
Here's our Monday and Tuesday...
Monday
Breakfast: 2 eggs and sliced strawberries/almonds
Lunch: Chicken stir-fry
Dinner: Beef/pepper/mushroom/onion kebobs, black beans and baked sweet potato fries
Snack: Carrots and goat cheese
Tuesday
Breakfast: 2 eggs and berry/kefir smoothie
Lunch: Tossed salad with chicken
Dinner: Chicken breast, lentils and baked sweet potato fries (love them!)
Snack: Almonds, carrots and an orange
Daily Thought: "By the end of Phase II, you should really be feeling great about yourself because you will have accomplished what very few people even dare to try: you will have changed your life for the better!"
