Breakfast: Berry smoothie and almonds
Lunch: Big chopped salad topped with tuna (Jen) and chicken (Brian)
Dinner: Salsa chicken with sauteed spinach and side salad
Snack: Goat cheese slices

Welcome apples, oranges, sweet potatoes, corn, black beans, etc. etc. etc. Yay! Great job with Phase I everyone! On to Phase II...
