Jen - Day 5

Hope everyone has had a good Friday! Here's my day:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, fresh blackberry/blueberry/almond slices/kefir mix
Lunch: Chopped salad with chicken, roasted peppers, mushrooms, carrots and goat cheese
Dinner: Amazing steak with asparagus, mesculun/goat cheese salad
Snack: Almonds and cucumber slices

Stay strong this weekend, no matter what the temptations! What you are doing will be an inspiration to everyone around you... You are making intentional choices for a better life. Go team!
