Breakfast - fresh fruit with sliced almonds
Lunch - chili. celery with almond butter
Dinner - beef stew with carrots, celery and onions
Snack - apple
20 minute aerobic workout
I have to make 2 birthday cakes this weekend so I hope I can be strong and not be tempted! I'll be sure to have some fresh fruit for my treat and it will taste even better than the cake!!
