Travel day. Went better than expected. Feeling good.
Breakfast - Hard-boiled egg, kefir/berry smoothie.
Lunch - Strips of steak, grapefruit, carrots and green peppers.
Dinner - chicken with steamed vegetables
Snack - turkey roll-ups, almonds (throughout day)
Vacation prayer please. And you, all have mine.
