Brian - Day 4

Hope everyone had a great healthy day!
Breakfast: Unfortunately, I skipped. Not a good thing.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad w oil/vin
Dinner: Steak, Asparagus, & Spinach...love those green leafy veggies. :)
Snack: Almonds
Drink: Water & Hot Tea ALL day
Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill & weights
(forgot Day 3 Exercise: 35 min. tread & weights)
I can already tell a difference in my skin...ain't it great.
