Breakfast: smoothie
lunch: cooked turkey, steamed asparagus and eggs
snack: hot tea
dinner: herbed turkey, sweet potato chunks, cheese
Friday:
breakfast: I had to take Maxine to skating at 6:30am so I had a smoothie before I left the house then had two hardboiled eggs after.
Lunch: turkey and asparagus
dinner: burger topped with black beans and a side salad with balsamic.
That's it. Only today and tomorrow for phase 2. YAY!!
