Diane - Monday

Breakfast - fresh berries and almonds
Lunch - tossed salad with chicken and mandarin oranges
Dinner - roast beef, steamed broccoli, salad, green beans, baked apples, small bite of corn
Snack - almonds

20 minute aerobic workout

My weight loss is still a little less than 10 pounds but I'm still trying.
