Diane - Friday and Saturday

I't been a good weekend!

Friday -
Breakfast - berry smoothie
Lunch - tuna
snack - celery with almond butter
Dinner - salad with grilled chicken

20 min. aerobic workout


Saturday
Breakfast - scrambled egg and turkey bacon and 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch - celery with almond butter
Dinner - hamburger patty, chilli, baked beans, lettuce and tomato, cole slaw


Sunday
Breakfast - 1/2 apple, 1/2 orange
Lunch - roasted chicken, asparagus, salad, steamed vegetables
Dinner - meat loaf, salad, steamed vegetables
Snack - almonds

I made it through the birthday party with no cake or ice cream but it was a challenge.
