Jen - Days 27, 28, 29 and 30

Hi Everyone -

Looks like things have been going well! I'm so glad to hear that everybody has stayed on track. Israel was beyond words... I highly recommend making the opportunity to get there one day. It changes you.

Sorry I've been slow on the blog since being back. I won't bore you with all of the catch up details of the last few days. I have been on point, as has Brian.

Here's today for me:
Breakfast - Egg sandwich on Ezekiel bread (yay!!)
Lunch - Lentil/vegetable soup
Dinner - Sweet potato and big tossed salad
Snack - Smoothie and carrots

Has anyone missed the Daily Thought?
Daily Though: "Good fats are great! The Maker's fats are essential for good health and maximum immune protection from disease. We need these healthy fats to properly assimilate protein and minerals."
